Dwight was our inspector and he was extremely thorough. We learned a lot from his inspection because he was so kind and patient to answer every question we had from ones directly related to the inspection to ones indirectly related. Not only was Dwight great, Adam, the owner was also super helpful with helping us choose the most suitable inspection we needed when we had a minor hick up with scheduling. We learned of BOCC when they inspected another house we were living in and at that time it was Eric who came, and he was also great. Highly recommend BOCC.
